Recalling the recommendations of the two international conferences on Iraq held in Sharm el-Sheikh (22-23 November 2004) and Brussels (22 June 2005),

I wish to quote His Majesty, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques: Peace springs from the hearts and minds, not from the barrel of a gun or the explosion of a missile.
وليس أدل على ذلك من قول خادم الحرمينالشريفين:

The state establishes and equips the Armed Forces for the defence of the Islamic religion, the Two Holy Places, society, and the citizen.
تنشئ الدولة القوات المسلحة وتجهزها من أجل الدفاع عن العقيدة والحرمينالشريفين والمجتمع والوطن.
The King of Saudi Arabia is also custodian of the two Holy Mosques, the most holy sites in Islam.
هذا بالإضافة إلى أن ملك السعودية هو خادم الحرمينالشريفين، وهما أقدس الأماكن في الإسلام.
